• Europe: 7–15 days

• Rest of the world: 10–25 days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or peak seasons.

📦 3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

🛃 4. Customs and Import Fees

Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee delivery or offer a refund.

📭 6. Order marked as delivered

If the tracking information shows the order as “delivered” but the customer did not receive it, the customer must check with:

• Neighbors

• Local post office

• Delivery carrier

We cannot issue a refund in these cases, as the package is officially marked as delivered.
